All Artafact research sessions are supported before, during, and after the event by a technical support host. Before the event, we take care of log-in instructions, conduct telephone confirmations, and confirm respondents. While your live research session is in progress, we will be online with the moderator to assist with loading content, creating and conducting polls, and exporting the results. After the event, we take care of incentive payments. Our superior hosting services allow the moderator to focus on creating content, while we take care of the logistics and technology.
