Founded in 2002, artafact brings our extensive experience in conducting thousands of studies using projective, probing and visual mapping exercises to your marketing problem. Just as we moved beyond chat in online focus groups and online bulletin boards to provide interactive white boards and drawing tools; we believe in going beyond simple Q&A methodology to interactive visual mapping tools, all of which are supported both in person and online.
Our software and tools are proven, highly reliable, configurable additions to traditional market research methods that rely too heavily on a single Q&A methodology. We are experienced in cross media usage, advertising effectiveness, positioning, strategy, product testing, shopping studies, market validation, ideation, website usability, purchase process, use cases, value propositions, attitudes, mock trials, exhibit effectiveness, witness evaluation and more.
Artafact founder and president Linda Stegeman is an experienced leader in marketing, strategy, positioning, and new product development. Her passion is generating customer value.
